Commercial Development Representative

At The Sherwin-Williams Company, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing revenue in our assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
