Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Manager at RATP

The Digital & Innovation Operational Department is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of essential information systems and digital solutions that support the Group's operations. As the Cybersecurity Program Manager at DSI, your role will be to align the cybersecurity strategy with the overarching goals of the organization while overseeing the development, validation, integration, deployment, and ongoing support of cybersecurity initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Establishing and directing a framework to meet the functional requirements set forth by the Cyber Group Directorate and various business sectors.
  • Contributing to the formulation of the cybersecurity solutions roadmap for DSI.
  • Overseeing the execution of cybersecurity projects, which includes scheduling, coordination, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Leading cybersecurity teams to ensure the quality and compliance of project deliverables.
  • Providing consistent updates regarding the progress of cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Assisting the IT Project Manager in guiding the Cybersecurity MOA of DSI and in major cybersecurity endeavors within DSI.
  • Identifying and managing risks and milestones associated with project interfaces.

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading cybersecurity projects. Essential technical skills include a comprehensive understanding of corporate security protocols, information security standards, strong communication and leadership abilities, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a solid grasp of network system architectures and security measures.

This full-time role offers flexibility with the possibility of remote work for several days each week. Compensation will be determined based on experience, starting at a minimum of 65K€ gross annually, exclusive of bonuses. Additional benefits include career advancement opportunities, 9 weeks of vacation, and a specialized cybersecurity standby protocol.
