Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain our internal infrastructure, including networks, firewalls, and VPNs
- Administer Azure cloud services, including cloud management certificates
- Manage Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence
- Configure and administer Linux servers, including installation, software setup, system monitoring, and LVM
- Assist team members with technical issues and provide support
- Work with Jira and Confluence to manage workspaces and update documentation
- Purchase and manage equipment and hardware inventory
- Backup Linux systems, virtual machines, PostgreSQL, and data
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud administration, including Defender, Intune, and Azure AD
- Network knowledge at the CCNA level, including L2 and L3
- Linux administration at the LPIC-1 and LPIC-2 levels, including Shell and Bash scripts
- Standard knowledge of Windows Server, including AD and GPO
- Administrative experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Ansible and understanding of Docker
- Knowledge of monitoring systems, including Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus
- Experience with hypervisors, including VMware and HyperV
- Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus
