The Tomorrow Education Group GmbH is expanding its presence in the French market with a new venture, the École Européenne du Numérique. This innovative training program focuses on software development for low-skilled workers, building on the group's proven business model. We are seeking a commercially strong co-founder to unlock sales potential in the French market.

This role offers a unique opportunity to reskill workers in France interested in a career in coding and related IT fields. Software development is a rewarding profession, both financially and personally, but too few people enter the field. Our goal is to change that and prepare workers for a career in tech.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, at least 2-3 years of experience in a leading sales and marketing role for a growth startup, and proven leadership skills. They will be responsible for scaling sales and marketing, finding alternative distribution channels, building and retaining a high-performance sales team, and staying committed to our cash-flow philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive growth in the French market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, focusing on results-driven sales and marketing approaches
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Academic education that sets you apart
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a leading sales and marketing role for a growth startup
  • Proven leadership skills, including hiring, firing, and developing team members
  • Extensive sales and marketing experience in a digital environment
  • Mega hands-on approach, with the ability to build things and deliver results quickly
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and stay focused on goals
  • Lifelong learning enthusiast, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Outstanding analytical, verbal, and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Fluency in English and French is a must
