Their agricultural production is distributed among several significant orchards situated in the Loire Valley. Storage facilities are located near Angers, while the majority of packaging occurs in a state-of-the-art factory also located in proximity to Angers.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance operations
- Guarantee the optimal functioning, availability, and dependability of all company machinery
- Address repairs for machinery, infrastructure, and equipment as issues arise
- Establish intervention priorities based on management directives and operational requirements
- Oversee the engagement of external contractors, manage equipment acquisitions, and maintenance inventory
- Recommend and implement technical enhancements
- Educate and assist teams in first-level maintenance tasks
- Develop and track departmental budgets
- Higher education in industrial maintenance (Bac +2 or equivalent)
- Experience in the agri-food sector or fruit processing is preferred
- Proactive individual with the ability to work independently
- Technical expertise in Mechanical, Hydraulics, Electricity, Robotics, Automation, and Refrigeration
- Electrical certification is mandatory
- CDI - ADM or Manager status based on qualifications.
- Competitive fixed and variable salary starting from 40K¤ gross with a 13th-month payment
