Media Campaign Coordinator

As a vital contributor to the EMEA media division, the Media Coordinator will facilitate the effective implementation of comprehensive media initiatives tailored for the French market. Responsibilities will include the translation and distribution of creative assets, as well as the coordination of media strategies and communication with broader EMEA markets.
This position offers significant potential for professional development and an opportunity to influence the ongoing advancement of Tiffany & Co. in France. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our mission to enhance operational efficiency within our media team.

Media Investment Oversight: Data Management and Reporting (50%)
- Act as the primary contact for gathering and analyzing media investment data from our media agency. Proficiency in Excel is essential, with the ability to execute functions such as Pivot tables, Conditional Formatting, and VLOOKUPs.
- Serve as the main liaison between Tiffany & Co. and our media agency to ensure the collection and sanitization of investment data, maintaining consistency and accuracy in data management.
- Maintain daily records of campaign performance and investment, providing feedback to the media team for critical campaign optimizations based on your insights.
- Compile post-campaign metrics into our dashboard to keep campaign benchmarks current in our media strategies over time.
Print and Outdoor Media Campaign Execution: Asset Management and Distribution (10%)
- Be the key point of contact with our creative asset production agency, overseeing the asset production timeline for Print and Out of Home media channels to ensure timely delivery to our partners, including managing creative asset modifications for specific sites.
Development of Curated Creative Resources for Client Advisors (10%)
- Enhance Client Advisors' social communication strategies by assisting in the creation and coordination of communication guidelines, ensuring a polished and consistent approach in their client interactions. Regularly deliver curated resources for significant retail initiatives.
Coordination and Communication (30%)
- Participate in all meetings between the TCO Media team and the Media Agency, as well as between the TCO EMEA Media team and regional media teams. Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute them to all relevant stakeholders, managing follow-ups on key points and tasks.
- Ensure all invoices are received, verified, recorded, and processed promptly.
- Oversee the reporting timeline by providing calendar reminders and ensuring adherence to all deadlines.
- Conduct competitive analysis by monitoring key competitors' creative messaging and reporting on innovative media strategies within the luxury sector, identifying potential opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and French, with reliable translation capabilities.
- A strong interest in copywriting in both French and English.
- Excellent communication skills with a flexible and approachable client management style.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
