KWS Momont is seeking a highly skilled Business Partner Controlling Specialist to be based in France.

The Business Partner Controlling Specialist will be a key interaction point for the business to provide high-quality consulting and insight-related services from a functional perspective. This position will influence and interact with different levels of the organization, including Expert Hubs, other Business Partner teams, related functions, and business.

The Business Partner Controlling Specialist will be responsible for controlling responsibility for legal entities in France as part of the Mediterranean region. This role will support local and regional managers in implementing and executing the business's operative and strategic targets by providing high-quality financial analysis and advice.

This position is unlimited, full-time, and hybrid work is possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial planning and analytical-based business proposals to support commercial steering and strategic activities.
  • Manage key KPIs and sales analysis.
  • Develop knowledge in the business model, products, market, and customer dynamics for the legal entities under responsibility.
  • Support business leaders on country and regional levels with implementing and executing business operative and strategic targets.
  • Pilot enhancements to business processes within the country of responsibility.
  • Manage cross-functional interfaces and trigger permanent improvement of controlling activities.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • University degree in Economics/Business Administration or similar.
  • Several years of proven professional experience in the field of controlling and product cost controlling, preferably in an international environment.
  • Business knowledge in the agriculture industry is a plus.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence (analytical & problem-solving skills) in a changing environment.
  • Experience in financial analysis and tracking business performance.
  • Experience in managing intercompany relationships.
  • Project management experience and strong organizational skills is a plus.
  • Experience in relevant IT systems (Microsoft, SAP, Business Warehouse).
  • Excellent command of local language and English (written and spoken).
