About ESTÉE LAUDER Companies and Our Team

The EMEA Commercial & Business Development team is seeking two talented interns to contribute to projects focused on expanding our Wholesale channel (both online and brick-and-mortar). Successful candidates will gain valuable leadership development, hands-on experience, and exposure to key stakeholders within Affiliates and Regional Brand Teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and facilitation of crucial business reviews and leadership meetings (including top-to-top discussions, monthly commercial leadership gatherings, and monthly regional brand meetings).
  • Process and disseminate weekly and monthly retail sales reports from leading regional retailers to affiliate and brand teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive quarterly Sephora reports for Global top management.
  • Collaborate with the sustainability team to integrate relevant SKUs into retailer sustainability programs.
  • Coordinate annual marketing presentations (held in May and June) between regional brands and top retailers.
  • Assist with the preparation of analyses concerning contractual investments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education Level: Completion of a Post-Graduate Degree in Business or Engineering (equivalent BAC +5).
  • Previous internship experiences are mandatory; end-of-studies internships are preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential; French proficiency is beneficial but not required.

  • Possess strong analytical skills and proven attention to detail; advanced Excel proficiency is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful presentations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: effectively interact with various stakeholders and confidently engage with senior management.
  • Business acumen and a curious mindset, driven to make a tangible impact on all projects.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, offering solutions and proposing innovative ideas.
  • Familiarity with or interest in the beauty or luxury goods industries is highly recommended.
