Lead Loyalty Rewards Project Manager

Sephora is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Loyalty Rewards Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing loyalty programs that drive customer retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute loyalty program strategies that align with Sephora's business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement loyalty program elements, including rewards, communications, and analytics
  • Manage and analyze loyalty program data to inform program optimization and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loyalty marketing and customer engagement
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, customer engagement, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful loyalty programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
