Lead Sustainability Expert for Global Sales

This role requires a seasoned professional to drive commercially-oriented sustainability initiatives worldwide, ensuring Danone's sustainability strengths and ambition are embedded in customer-facing category visions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a global sustainability capability building program for the sales organization
  • Providing expert guidance and support to sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional internal experts to upskill the global sales organization on sustainability expertise
  • Leading high-level exposure to senior leadership team within Danone
  • Managing global project management and execution

Requirements include a Master's degree and 15-20 years of sales experience in addition to marketing and/or PAC and/or operations in a sustainability capacity.
