Working Environment

We are currently expanding our international team and have several openings within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure division, EIFFAGE Norge.

Eiffage Norge is the primary contractor for a significant highway project, which includes multiple bridges and twin tunnels. This project is set to enhance regional connectivity.

You will be part of a dynamic team in Norway, with opportunities for long-term assignments across Scandinavia.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of Roadworks and M&E, ensuring successful delivery from testing to final client handover.
  • Coordinate with the technical department to address issues within your scope.
  • Work closely with the H&S Manager to promote a proactive safety culture on-site.
  • Manage the delivery of your work scope safely, on time, and within budget, while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Participate in the project management committee.
  • Foster a strong safety culture through leadership and collaboration with all personnel involved in construction activities.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between design teams and production teams.
  • Lead procurement processes for your work scope and collaborate with relevant managers.
  • Define the organizational structure of your construction team and manage personnel mobilization.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with contractual milestones.
  • Manage the budget for your scope and implement cost control measures.
  • Oversee the supervision of Testing and Commissioning activities.
  • Interface with clients and third parties during project completion stages.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in site engineering.
