As an inside sales specialist, your primary objective will be to boost sales, manage quote inquiries, and maintain client relationships. You will cultivate robust connections with customers by evaluating their requirements, presenting appropriate products and services, acquiring new clientele, and re-engaging dormant accounts. You will serve as the principal contact for your clients.

In your role as a solution expert, you will gain in-depth knowledge of your clients, thoroughly assessing their needs to deliver technical solutions that align with their project specifications while proposing more energy-efficient options.

You will act as the hub between your team, various departments, clients, and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include managing customer and supplier data while executing back-office functions such as establishing customer accounts, preparing quotes, and processing orders.
