Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative professional to join our team at Cosentino. As a Sales Administrative, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales and Operations departments, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage purchase orders, sales transactions, and customer records.
- Verify customer information and payment details, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate with customers via phone or email to resolve queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Support the Sales department with administrative tasks, as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus professional training or certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or administrative capacity.
- Strong knowledge of computing fundamentals, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer.
- Experience with SAP or other CRM systems is an asset.
