Job Title: Global Director for Spa and Clinic Activity

Coty, a leading beauty company, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive the growth and development of its spa and clinic activities globally. As the Global Director for Spa and Clinic Activity, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's spa and clinic strategy, managing a team of professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global spa and clinic strategy aligned with Coty's business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales and commercial professionals to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Global Retail Excellence, Retail Education, and Retail Client Engagement teams to define and execute a world-class retail signature and client experience.
  • Manage operational processes and tools specific to spa and clinic activities to ensure impeccable service standards globally.
  • Develop and implement a global education plan for spa and clinic professionals, aligned with Coty's excellence KPIs.
  • Build and animate a network of spa managers and directors worldwide, sharing best practices and driving business growth.
  • Develop and maintain business partnerships with clinics and plastic surgery specialists worldwide, identifying business opportunities and driving performance.
Requirements:
  • MBA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of luxury spa management at an international scale, with experience working with Asian markets.
  • Strong knowledge of the prestige skincare activity.
  • Excellent knowledge of omnichannel: digital trends, spa and clinic landscape, and emerging consumer behaviors.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, influence power, and build positive/effective business partnerships.
  • Natural agility and entrepreneurial skills to adapt to a fast-paced evolving environment and organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with all levels of management, and to influence stakeholders in a continuously evolving environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to details.
  • Occasional international travel required (25% to 35% of the time).
  • English fluent required.
