Job Summary:
We are looking for a Corporate Lending Specialist to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating and executing lending transactions for our corporate clients, working closely with Senior Bankers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute lending transactions for corporate clients
- Negotiate loan documentation with clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and present credit applications to commercial and credit risk committees
- Analyze internal credit ratings of clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the financial industry
- Experience with originating and executing lending transactions for investment grade and sub-investment grade rated corporate clients
- Experience with negotiating and structuring transactions with complex documentation
- Curious mindset and ambition to build sector expertise
- Team-player mindset and enthusiasm for the banking profession
- Fluency in French and English, verbally and in writing
- Excellent writing and quantitative skills
