Senior Corporate Lending Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transaction Manager to join our Corporate Sector Lending team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating and executing lending transactions for our corporate clients, working closely with Senior Bankers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute lending transactions for corporate clients, including structuring and documentation
- Negotiate loan documentation with our Legal department
- Prepare and present credit applications to commercial and credit risk committees
- Analyze internal credit ratings of clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on lending transactions
- Experience with complex documentation and negotiation
- Curious mindset and ambition to build sector expertise
- Team-player mindset and enthusiasm for the banking profession
- Excellent writing and quantitative skills
- Fluency in French and English, both verbally and in writing
