Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Services Agent to join our team at Emirates. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all airport operations are carried out in accordance with Emirates' policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
  • Work closely with other airport teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, ensuring that all passengers receive a high-quality airport experience.
  • Monitor and manage airport operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all airport operations are aligned with Emirates' overall business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with airport stakeholders, including airlines, ground handlers, and other airport partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with airport regulations, policies, and procedures, ensuring that all airport operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Secondary school level of education or equivalent.
  • Relevant professional training courses in Customer Services and Handling, Ground Operations, and Reservations.
  • Experience with MACS and World Tracer systems.
  • Knowledge of MARS Reservations and/or Fares & Ticketing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent airport passenger service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of check-in procedures.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French is essential.
