Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Services Agent to join our team at Emirates. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all airport procedures and protocols are followed, including check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
  • Work closely with other airport teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient passenger flow.
  • Monitor and manage queues, prioritizing premium customers and ensuring that all passengers are processed efficiently.
  • Assist with excess baggage and visa issues, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve any issues or disruptions, ensuring that passengers are kept informed and updated.
  • Prepare and complete pre and post-flight documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or damage to aircraft or equipment.

Requirements

  • Secondary school level of education or equivalent.
  • Relevant professional training courses in Customer Services and Handling, Ground Operations, and Reservations.
  • Experience with MACS and World Tracer systems.
  • Knowledge of MARS Reservations and/or Fares & Ticketing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent airport passenger service and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French is essential.
