Project Purchasing Manager

L-Acoustics SAS is seeking a skilled Project Purchasing Manager to join our Purchasing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for anticipating innovations that meet R&D needs and steering and coordinating purchases related to various new projects.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the identification and integration of new technologies dedicated to projects.
- Participate in drafting specifications with the project team (R&D, industrialization and quality teams).
- Build, upstream, a panel of target suppliers with commodities and ensure the deployment of commodity strategies in projects.
- Manage supplier integration to optimize quality, costs and lead times.
- Define and control communication and any exchange of content between project teams and suppliers.
- Ensure validation of each project milestone relating to suppliers in terms of costs, quality and deadlines.
- Manage contractual aspects to protect the company's intellectual property.
- Master's degree from an engineering school (general knowledge of electronics, plastic injection, cutting processes...).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a project purchasing expert, or a combination of project management in an industrial setting (methods, industrialization) and a purchasing function.
- Excellent sense of humility, simplicity and partnership: our vision for our suppliers is long term, it is essential to build good relationships with them.
- A business level English proficiency. Other European languages are a plus (French, German...).
- Ability to forge internal links with R&D, teamwork skills (quality, supply chain, production constraints), project leadership skills.
- Rigor, familiar with financial aspects of project management.
