Luxe Talent, a leading international recruitment and training consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Export Area Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the international export and sales for one of our prestigious clients, a high-end furniture design brand in Girona.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a commercial plan to achieve annual sales targets, working closely with the CEO to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage sales and B2B promotional actions in multiple countries, either through distributors, agents, or direct contact with key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new customers for a new product concept, with a focus on decoration and furniture chains, department stores, and online retailers.
  • Participate in trade fairs and travel extensively (approximately 60% of the time) to key markets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international sales, with a strong emphasis on key accounts and international logistics.
  • Commercial, proactive profile with excellent English language skills (written and spoken) and a strong understanding of international payment conventions.
  • Excellent Spanish and Catalan language skills, both written and spoken.
  • University degree in international trade, business management, or a related field.
