Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to join our team at LeaderIA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in agricultural machinery and customer relations, with a proven track record of developing and leading sales networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead export sales channels in 20 countries
  • Coach and train sales network in area of responsibility
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and develop network
  • Present trade terms and ensure enforcement
  • Recommend customized solutions to meet client demands
  • Participate in defining sales targets in area of responsibility
  • Follow-up and boost dealers' activities and sales
  • Participate in fairs and international trade shows
  • Ensure customer issues are properly handled by aftersales service
  • Support network's technical trainings and act as prescriptor
  • Follow-up development of new products and pre-series
  • Ensure partners are ambassadors of company's brand image

Requirements

  • Degree in agricultural machinery, mechanics, and/or customer relations, sales, or equivalent
  • 10+ years' experience in machinery (agricultural, construction, handling, HGV)
  • Experience in negotiation with partners, indirect client management
  • Agricultural business knowledge, technical knowledge in agronomy and agricultural machinery
  • International experience, ideally as salesperson
  • Professional English and German
  • Autonomy, thoroughness, responsiveness, listening skills, and availability
  • Customer-oriented, ambassador of company and its values
  • Leadership, adaptability, and intercultural awareness
