Senior Executive Chef for Luxury Cruise Line

Elevate your culinary career with a prestigious luxury cruise line, where you can showcase your skills in fine dining.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our esteemed culinary team onboard a luxurious ocean cruise. As part of our team, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite dishes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven background in fine dining
- Ability to work in pressure, stress, and long working hours environments
- Ability to lead a multicultural team with values and respect
- Possession of a C1D Visa, STCW, Seamen's certification, Yellow Fever & COVID Vaccination and Medical Certificate is advantageous
- Experience working in Luxury Cruise environments or Five-Star Hotels/Resorts. Michelin experience is preferred
