Your Role as Receptionist
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our school in Nogent-sur-Oise. This is a full-time permanent position where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational environment.
- Welcoming and Assisting: Greet students, parents, partners, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy, providing them with a positive first impression of our institution.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages accurately.
- Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and maintain organized records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Workspace Management: Prepare workspaces for meetings and events, ensuring a welcoming and functional environment. Assist with the preparation of notices and announcements as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and staff to complete administrative tasks and support the overall functioning of the school.
Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- A BTS Assistant Manager qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Experience working within the social sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in computer tools, including Office Suite and databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
