At Edenred, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that improve the lives of millions of people. As a Group Head of Business Strategy Middle Market & Large Account, you'll play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and performance improvement plans.

Your key responsibilities will include defining the group sales strategy & priorities for Middle Market & Large Account, providing valuable insights to our sales directors to optimize their sales organization, and supporting them in building their budget plans. You'll also be responsible for upgrading our middle managers with personalized coaching, getting involved in BU recruitment processes, and giving insights to sales directors to optimize their pay plans.

As a seasoned sales strategist with a strong analytical background, you'll be responsible for analyzing current sales processes and proposing levers for optimization. You'll also help our countries build operational dashboards & reporting to drive their activity, identify and scale new sources of leads, and improve the way we manage our client portfolio to maximize revenues & relationship levels.

Key requirements for this role include a +7 years consulting background with deep sales expertise, proven experience in achieving sales growth & performance improvement plans, and solid knowledge of the levers to boost sales effectiveness. You'll also need to be comfortable with Excel & PowerPoint, have a strong operational mindset with strategic vision, and be able to coach & influence people in a transversal/matrix position.
