**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communication Officer to join our team. As a key member of our communication department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing external communication strategies that align with our group's vision and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of external communication strategies that promote our group's brand and values.
  • Participate in creating communication materials and content that engage our target audience.
  • Manage press relations and activities to maintain a positive reputation and build strong relationships with media outlets.
  • Engage in social media activation and community management to increase our online presence and build a loyal community.

**Requirements**

  • Holder of a Master's degree in communication or public relations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in institutional communication, media, or editorial roles.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in media and social media platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Highly creative with strong writing and synthesis abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Adaptable, reactive, organized, and innovative.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and drive projects forward.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite.
