Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment. Relevant technical or trade certifications are preferred. Proficient in building operations, including HVAC systems, high-pressure steam boilers, and general maintenance skills. Ability to utilize standard repair tools, interpret technical drawings, and estimate material requirements. Strong communication skills are essential. Must demonstrate creativity, practicality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Capable of lifting, carrying, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. Comfortable ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and ramps. Additional InformationEmployment Eligibility: Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
