Senior EPC Planner

In the role of Lead Planner EPC, you will take charge of essential responsibilities within the engineering domain, specifically focusing on initiatives related to water treatment and waste management. Your duties will encompass the planning and scheduling of projects from the initial bidding stage through to execution, both domestically and on an international scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bidding Phase: Formulate a comprehensive project plan that aligns with strategic objectives, pinpoint critical paths, collaborate with stakeholders, and create project timelines to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Execution Phase: Continuously update and manage detailed execution schedules, assess delays, track key performance indicators, and engage in negotiations for enhancements with partners.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Craft detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and task sequences, evaluate interfaces with clients and partners, ensuring seamless integration of project phases.
- Engage with stakeholders to refine project interfaces and effectively manage timelines.
- Generate Time Management Plans, relay project progress, and proactively address any scheduling challenges.
- Assist in the enhancement of planning methodologies and collaboration with Contract Management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in EPC projects, with a focus on water treatment or industrial infrastructure.
- Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, along with Excel and Power BI.
- Possess an engineering degree or equivalent qualification, with fluency in both French and English.
- Demonstrated excellence in negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
