ENGIE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3D CAD Discipline Manager to lead our team in the design and development of innovative renewable gas projects.

As a key member of our growing energy solutions division, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of sustainable energy production. You will be responsible for managing a team of talented engineers and designers, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 3D CAD specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
  • Develop and implement best practices for 3D modeling, design standards, and project workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of 3D models into the overall project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of accurate and detailed 3D models for a variety of renewable gas projects, including biomethane production facilities and synthetic methane plants.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in 3D modeling software and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in drafting and design within the energy sector, with a focus on industrial projects such as bioenergy, chemicals, water/waste treatment.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Plant 3D, REVIT, and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
