Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the planning, monitoring, and control of the data warehouse construction project, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and budgets. Collaborate effectively with diverse teams involved in the project.
- Technical Requirements Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into comprehensive technical requirements. Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Governance and Team Coordination: Establish and manage governance bodies associated with the data warehouse, including steering committees and scientific councils. Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams comprising healthcare professionals, IT specialists, data analysts, and security experts to ensure a seamless implementation process.
- Data Security and Confidentiality: Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to implement robust security and confidentiality measures that comply with ethical and legal standards for health data.
