Your Responsibilities at Orpi
Are you ready to take on significant responsibilities?
Your role will encompass three primary responsibilities:
- Acting as the intermediary between property owners and tenants: Secure rental agreements, ideally on an exclusive basis; Promote properties through diverse channels; Conduct rental assessments, property showings, tenant selection, and manage tenant documentation, including entry and exit inventories.
- Enhancing client relationships: Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the rental journey, from property listing to tenant move-in; Contribute to the agency's financial performance.
- Representing the Orpi brand: Actively engage in external interactions to promote the agency and its services; Participate in the agency's operations, network, and group activities; Collaborate closely with all agency personnel, particularly with the commercial assistant and the manager.
Depending on the agency's structure, you may be engaged under an employment contract or as a commercial agent. Attractive performance-based remuneration is available. Orpi's 'common file' system enables you to market listings created by your colleagues. At Orpi, individual achievements are realized through teamwork. Numerous internal training resources are available to enhance your commercial skills and real estate knowledge or to benefit from a VAE. Seeking new opportunities?
