Exciting Opportunity for a Financial and Administrative Manager at GIP Mission Locale

We invite you to become a vital part of our financial team, where you will collaborate closely with the human resources department. Your primary focus will be on managing payroll through specialized software, overseeing employee administration, and executing various financial responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Executing the complete payroll cycle from variable data collection to submission of declarations
  • Overseeing employee administration activities, including health assessments and updates to contributions with various funds
  • Engaging in accounting functions and financial oversight
  • Managing grant proposals and budgetary allocations
  • Developing administrative tools and ensuring thorough follow-up
  • Monitoring financial metrics and negotiating agreements
  • Leading initiatives and coordinating team efforts
