Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join our team at Projectxparis. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Global Chief Wholesale Officer, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, projects, and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the Chief of Staff, providing strategic support to the CWO
• Support the CWO in tasks, projects, and missions, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
• Serve as the link between HQ departments and countries, facilitating communication and collaboration
• Collect and analyze information, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
• Organize and manage internal and external events, conferences, and meetings
• Create and update dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to track key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain presentations, reports, and other visual aids to support business objectives
• Manage and drive projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes
• Organize and manage travel, T&E, and calendar, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects
• Provide commercial operational support, including newsletters, trade marketing, and other business development activities

Requirements:
• Proven expertise in a similar role for at least 5 years
• Diploma from a reputable university, business school, or equivalent
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluency in French and English; other languages are a plus
