General Director

The Fédération APAJH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Director (m/f) to lead the implementation of our project and general policy. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Board, President, and other directors to drive the association's growth and development.

• Project Implementation: Develop and implement the association's project and general policy, ensuring the execution of statutory decisions and managing relationships with institutions, authorities, and elected officials.
• Headquarters Coordination: Coordinate the activities of our Headquarters services, working on the renewal of headquarters expenses accreditation and improving the quality of services offered.
• Departmental Coordination: Coordinate the activities of our establishment's departments, promoting the association's actions in the territory and improving the quality of services offered.
• Human Resources Management: Manage human resources relations and contribute to employer branding, improving the quality of services offered and expected outcomes.

The Fédération APAJH is a key player in the disability sector, advocating for an inclusive society. We federate 92 associations across the territory and manage numerous structures. Our Headquarters defines strategic orientations and coordinates their implementation daily to achieve our development objectives.

• Academic Qualifications: Hold a level I diploma with at least ten years of successful experience in a general management position in a medico-social or health association.
• Essential Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, partnership development, effective communication abilities, and a strong sense of responsibility and rigor.
