About the Role:
As a key member of the Printemps Parly 2 team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our luxury goods store. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement customer-centric initiatives
- Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Contribute to the development of the store's visual identity and overall aesthetic
- Manage store operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
