The Industry Solutions Expert is a key member of our sales team, responsible for advancing sales opportunities and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the utility industry and the ability to engage with clients at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Hitachi Energy Asset and Work Management software solutions
- Work with senior management at customers to understand their requirements and determine the most effective solution
- Convey the value and benefits of our solutions to customer decision-makers
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry executives and other senior decision-makers
Requirements:
- 10-20 years of experience in a similar senior role in the utilities industry or in service product organizations that serve this industry
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent spoken and written English, with additional European languages an advantage
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with software deployment and implementation, such as SAP or Maximo
- Experience in introducing enterprise software solutions
- Skills in implementing asset management solutions, such as Ellipse, Asset Suite, IBM Maximo, SAP, Oracle ERP, Infor, or IFS
