Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the success of our sellers, providing exceptional support, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a dedicated portfolio of sellers, delivering tailored support and guidance to drive business growth.
  2. Upsell ANKA's solutions, including Anka Shipping, Anka Pay, and Anka Marketplace, to maximize revenue opportunities.
  3. Respond promptly and professionally to seller inquiries via our CRM, ensuring high-quality support and resolving issues efficiently.
  4. Host bi-weekly webinars to educate and engage sellers, promoting product knowledge and adoption.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Proficiency in using a CRM system, such as Intercom or Salesforce.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English and French.
  4. Strong data analysis and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
