Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customized success plans to meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on our products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and account growth
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field, or equivalent working experience
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Highly organized and efficient, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
