Project Management Specialist
Candidate Profile
The Project Management team in France is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of projects for both internal and external stakeholders at State Street Corporation.
We are in search of a skilled and driven Project Manager who will oversee significant projects from inception to completion or manage specific segments of larger initiatives.
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between remote and in-office work to suit individual needs and job responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager within the Project Management team, your duties will include:
- Overseeing large-scale projects from start to finish or managing specific workstreams within complex projects.
- Establishing project strategies and methodologies.
- Analyzing client requests during the project initiation phase.
- Conducting thorough assessments of business requirements to ensure clarity and comprehensiveness for all stakeholders.
- Defining and implementing project governance structures.
- Creating a detailed timeline for project completion to ensure all activities are executed within defined parameters.
- Managing project dependencies, risks, and issues effectively.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress consistently.
- Performing administrative functions within the Project Management team, including budget management and resource allocation.
- Assisting with project documentation and reporting tasks.

Educational Background & Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in technology, finance, business, accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in project management.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with MS Visio and MS Project.
- Background in Middle and/or Back Office operations is advantageous.
- A certification in project management is preferred.
