Role Overview:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting our leadership team and contributing to our mission of transforming cancer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare essential documents for executive meetings, investor discussions, and board presentations.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming communications to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compose confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive team.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential collaborations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee electronic filing systems to ensure organized access to information.
