We are actively seeking a creative and visionary Senior Communication Specialist (F/M) to lead the global communication efforts of our company. Reporting to our EVP of Marketing, you will oversee a specialized digital communication intern and eventually have **the opportunity to head the communication department**.
As the **Senior Communication Specialist**, you will play a **vital role** in shaping our company's identity in the high-tech industry and driving our bold mission to establish **Dolphin Design as a renowned player in the IP world, propelling our brand to new heights**
Your responsibilities will be both **strategic and operational**, offering you the chance to unleash your creativity and strategic vision to support Dolphin Design's transformation.
**Develop and implement a comprehensive external Communication Strategy**. You will be at the heart of the overall strategy, creating innovative and impactful communication plans.
Upon joining us, you will immerse yourself in our products through internal technical training.
**Working closely with our marketing team**, you will define clear and compelling communication objectives, identify our target audience, and propose a differentiated message, making us a prominent reference in our field.
Your autonomy will be your strength as you will be responsible for selecting and utilizing **the most suitable channels to reach our audience**, including social media, our website, digital platforms, and participation in global events.
You will also measure the effectiveness of your actions using key performance indicators and adjust your strategies based on the results to ensure long-term success.
️ You will become** the voice of our company** by engaging with major players in our industry and involving them in our story.
You will implement **Public Relations actions and manage Press Relations**. Your talent for public relations will be crucial in increasing our media visibility and promoting our brand image.
Your a**rtistic and creative flair **will shine through in creating an appealing visual identity, from the logo to the graphic charter. You will actively contribute to shaping the corporate communication framework of the company and producing communication materials (print, visuals, videos...) to enhance Dolphin's image.
As our keen market observer, you will **analyze trends and performance** to optimize our strategies.
You will provide advice and support to internal departments by participating in cross-functional projects related to internal communication and employer branding.
**You are about to become a Dolphin***:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication and/or Marketing Management and have already demonstrated your communication **prowess in an international environment**.
You have at least **6** years of experience** in a similar role, in the **semiconductor/microelectronics sector**. You possess a strong command of **communication techniques and digital tools** (MySQL, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, social media platforms, Wordpress).
You are proactive, highly creative, and possess a clear strategic vision.
You love challenges and aspire to make our company a prominent player in the IP world, gaining international recognition.
You thrive in a multicultural environment. You enjoy and excel at writing, and your language skills are impeccable (**French and English at a C1 level**).
