About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to join our team at Salt. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute social media campaigns
- Develop and implement content strategies for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Work with design and production teams to create engaging video content
- Provide on-site coverage at select live events, gathering content and conducting interviews
- Work remotely to live-clip events
- Develop and maintain relationships with athletes and sponsors to create and distribute content to fans
Requirements
- Demonstrable social media experience in publishing, media, or entertainment
- Good knowledge and/or working experience in various sports disciplines
- Fluent written French to a high editorial standard with English language skills
- Demonstrates strategic and analytical thinking
- Capable and comfortable with shooting content with basic video editing skills
- Comfortable with occasional weekend work
