Accounting and Business Development Lead for Foundry Services

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Business Development Lead to join our team in Munich, Germany. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion of our Foundry services in the Western Europe market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain close customer relationships to grow business and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure long-term leadership.
  • Analyze existing and emerging markets, including Security, Automotive, IOT, and Industrial Markets, to inform business decisions.
  • Initiate and follow up on product qualification and design-in projects.
  • Monitor field sales operations and control achievements by product, area, and customer.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial product presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze and evaluate business results and submit regular business reports.
  • Foster effective communication between customers and Samsung support entities.
Requirements
  • University degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Foundry application markets and customers, including Automotive, Security, and Industrial Markets.
  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art software applications, such as MS-Office, SAP/R3, and Salesforce.
  • Strong sales thinking and consultative approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Fluent in English and French languages.
