Overview of the Role
We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a skilled Financial Operations Manager to contribute significantly at Kraft Heinz. This position is located in Seclin, France, and entails overseeing the financial aspects of our food production facility. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, striving for excellence and continuous improvement. Expect substantial interaction with both internal and external senior stakeholders, as delivering results will be your primary focus. The role emphasizes managing and directing the financial operations of the plant to ensure optimal financial performance and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all elements of the Supply Chain Finance process, acting as a proactive Finance Business Partner to ensure compliance with company policies while achieving results.
- Supplying essential financial data to the organization for informed decision-making (including budgets, production expenses, and investment oversight), always in alignment with corporate policies.
- Coordinating and facilitating the company’s budgeting process.
- Leading cost planning and control cycles (actuals and forecasts).
- Preparing and analyzing financial results on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Continuously driving factory performance by pinpointing areas for improvement that require action from the operations team.
- Compiling financial information for company investments (including capital expenditure projects and innovation initiatives).
- Managing and executing processes within the SAP ERP system.
- Establishing and implementing internal control measures to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Supervising and mentoring the financial department staff.
- Ensuring timely and appropriate execution of procedures with administrative bodies.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Essential Skills
Please note that a valid EU Working Permit (excluding Orientation Year Visa) is required for this position.
- A degree in Business Management, Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in finance is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Operations Manager or Senior Finance Analyst in the FMCG sector or a comparable industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with SAP ERP is advantageous.
- Proficiency in French and English (sufficient for reporting purposes).
