Founding Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Founding SDR, you will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients across the SaaS industry, generating high-quality leads through creative outreach strategies
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify outbound leads, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Play a key role in testing various market hypotheses to help shape our go-to-market strategy
  • Use tools like Atio (and potentially HubSpot) to manage your leads and track your progress
  • Collaborate with our AEs, CSMs, and Marketing team to optimize outreach and messaging
Requirements:
  • Experience in early-stage startups (minimum 50 people) and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Background in B2B SaaS and understanding of the landscape
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work independently, and willingness to wear multiple hats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for connecting with C-level executives
