This position is responsible for guiding the enterprise through transformation initiatives, maximizing value delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value Creation Advocate: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify key drivers and develop compelling value conversations.
  • Investment Decision Steward: Ensure value-driven prioritization of digital and IS projects, and track project portfolio performance.
  • Portfolio Manager: Manage project portfolio, monitor performance, and develop Agile Portfolio Management maturity.
Primary Responsibilities and Activities
  • Value Tracking: Define framework and tracking methodologies to evaluate project value, and track transformation success KPIs.
  • Portfolio Management: Define process and tools for optimum project portfolio management, and make go/no-go decisions for initiatives.
Background and Soft Skills
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree: In business administration, engineering, or computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 Years of Experience: In digital transformation, with excellent soft and interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent English: Required for effective communication and collaboration.
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Business Models: Understanding of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Agile Principles: Understanding of agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks, especially those designed for enterprise-level scaling.
  • Organizationally Savvy: Ability to navigate obstacles and politics, and balance long-term and short-term implications of individual decisions.
