Operations Director

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the utilization and maintenance of our machinery, optimizing production commitments, and collaborating across departments to manage budgets and resource allocation efficiently. You will lead teams through data-driven strategies, cultivating a culture of ownership and excellence, and drive quality policies to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong strategic and tactical mindset, who can inspire and lead cross-functional teams. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to form successful working relationships across all levels of the organization, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international matrix organization.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role are required. Fluency in both French and English is essential, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages. German is a plus.
