We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- International Mobility: Define and implement necessary actions and processes regarding international mobility at Sephora in line with our HR strategic plan and existing policies.
- Compensation and Benefits: Provide a strategic vision in defining the compensation and benefits policy for the scope, ensuring it is well-executed and suitable for the different employee categories.
- Package Preparation: Prepare compensation and benefits packages for Global HQ employees.
- Process Deployment: Deploy Sephora and LVMH compensation and benefits processes, including the annual salary review and bonus calculation in collaboration with the HR Director.
- Market Analysis: Benchmark market competitiveness of our compensation and benefits policies in France.
- Expertise Provision: Provide compensation and benefits expertise to Global HQ HR Director and her team.
- Position Grading: Update and revise, if needed, the position gradings in line with internal processes, as well as variable and collective compensation schemes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments (HR Administration, HR Controlling) to coordinate all steps of international transfers.
- Education: Higher education in HR or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Language: Fluent English.
- Experience: Experience in an International Mobility/C&B firm.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations internationally and global mobility processes, including immigration laws and tax implications.
- Years of Experience: 10 years' experience in an International Mobility/C&B position in an international company (Retail, FMCG, Industrial environment).
- Skills: Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented approach; ability to work with multi-cultural and cross-functional teams on both operational and strategic topics; at ease with figures and tools, Excel, HRIS.
