Poste de Stage - Assistant Category Manager Fragrance Europe (F/H/X)

Contexte

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) stagiaire passionné(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe de développement stratégique en tant qu'Assistant Category Manager Fragrance Europe (F/H/X). Vous serez chargé(e) de participer à la définition de la stratégie de l'offre Parfum et son implémentation dans nos magasins et nos sites ecommerce sur la zone Europe.

Responsabilités
  • Participer à la définition de la stratégie de l'offre Parfum et son implémentation dans nos magasins et nos sites ecommerce sur la zone Europe
  • Co-Construire des plans d'innovation & marketing 360° avec les marques, les marchés et l'équipe marketing
  • Coordonner les projets omnicanaux et digitaux sur les temps forts de la catégorie (fête des mères, fêtes de fin d'année...)
  • Réaliser les reportings post activations et présentations internes
  • Analyser les performances de l'enseigne, marques, destinations et nouveautés
  • Monitorer la concurrence et des tendances consommateurs et marchés
  • Réaliser le sourcing de nouvelles marques parfums ou autres nouvelles destinations
  • Créer un lien continu avec les différentes marques, pays et services internes
Compétences requises
  • En école de commerce ou université spécialité marketing ou digital
  • Dynamique, autonome et doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel
  • Esprit de synthèse, sens de l'analyse et appétence pour les chiffres ainsi que du secteur de la beauté
  • Un anglais courant (oral et écrit) est obligatoire
