**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Coordinator to join our team at Experconnect. As an Administrative Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the sales administration process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and experts, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facturation (clients and experts): Manage the invoicing process for clients and experts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Recouvrement: Oversee the collection of payments from clients and experts, following up on outstanding invoices and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Document Management: Collect and verify necessary documents for invoicing, including reports, bank statements, and identification documents.
  • Expense Management: Process and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Client and Expert Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and experts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Process Management: Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures, including sales administration, invoicing, and payment processing.

Requirements

  • Administrative Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, experts, and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with CRM software.
