Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Team Lead to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk, maintaining a high standard of grooming and hygiene, and fostering good relationships with colleagues and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Desk operation
- Maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times
- Develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues and other departments
- Ensure that all hotel services, facilities, and promotions are known and up-to-date
- Upsell techniques and services to guests
Requirements
- Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel
